Data entered by applicants is automatically registered and stored by academyFIVE. Information brochures or prospectuses that have been requested can be sent out via email or post. Integrated tools for analysis deliver detailed statistics, which makes it possible to measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns for example. Individually structured application forms can be made available for download by the applicants. Applicants can use their personal log in details to check the status of their application at any time.
academyFIVE allows for an unlimited number of application processes to be stored. This means that the integrated quota management tool can be used to make vacant places available to distinct groups according to their average grade or mark, waiting list, number of international students or hardship cases. Clearing procedures can be configured individually. Keeping individual selection procedures with extensive testing functions for applicants does not present a problem either.
The optimised and automated processing of applications, as well as the possibility of obtaining an overview of individual selection procedures, means that the ever increasing number of applications can be mastered. Applicants receive information targeted towards them more rapidly and available places can be confirmed faster, which is a clear advantage over competing universities.
