Planning in academyFIVE is supported by an effective resource and conflict analysis tool. All relevant data such as number of participants, rooms,
availability of teaching staff and required technical equipment is being taken into account during the planning process. The feasibility of classes, lectures and tutorials at optimum capacity is therefore assured. Relevant statistics such as target and actual comparisons for planned and completed lessons or attendance quotas enable effective controlling.
Students inform themselves online about course contents as well as targets and register directly through the student community for lectures, modules or other events. academyFIVE automatically monitors whether a student fulfils all prerequisites for a course or module. Entry requirements, as well as terms of notice, and clearing procedures can be configured individually and combined. Students and teaching staff can access their personal class and event timetable anytime. An overview of participants is made available to teaching staff and allows them to directly contact and supply students with learning material.
Quality assurance in academyFIVE is provided for by the evaluation of lectures, modules and other events. Questionnaires can be structured individually and questions can be assigned specific types of answers. Students fill the questionnaires in online and rate their experience – individually for every class and completely anonymously. Report tools also allow for analysis of evaluation results over extended periods of time.
