Exam management
Exam management is at the core of the study management tool. Even complex exam regulations and requirements can be displayed without any technical knowledge. Unlimited structuring into sections, such as modules and courses as well as assigning credits, regulations, marking or grading schemes, separation of elective and compulsory parts and grade or mark rounding regulations are all supported features. An integrated assistant constantly onitors the feasibility and notifies of potential problems.
Exam regulations, modules and courses are stored in different versions. Multiple versions can be saved for each academic program. Previously configured modules and courses can have multiple exam regulations assigned to them. The display and presentation of bachelor and master programs is fully supported. academyFIVE reduces and supports the work of the exam office. Exam regulations can be copied easily, print ready course and module directories created and published on the internet or intranet, all with just a few clicks. When registering for a module, a lecture or an exam, the system automatically checks that the student fulfils all prerequisites required.
The performance of all exam participants can be assessed by authorised staff or the lecturers themselves. Saved workflows and assistant services, which carry out feasibility checks, run in the background and ensure that exam results are published without any hindrances or errors. The traceability of results is ensured by a log protocol, which captures any amendments.
Print ready exam timetables, attendance registers, process slips and official documents such as transcript of records, diploma supplements, reports and certificates can all be created, in multiple layouts and MS Word or PDF format, at the touch of a button.
